Flavours of the Adriatic, prepared with care
Restaurant Vallis, formerly Hajduk, sits right by the sea on Bakar's main promenade. Since 1982 it has been part of Bakar's food scene – changing and adapting over the years to make every guest feel truly at home.
Our food is based on fresh ingredients bought from local producers: fish fresh every day, top-quality meat, homegrown vegetables and olive oil.
A relaxed atmosphere, attentive service and a table where there's always room for one more – that's why our guests keep coming back year after year.

In summer life moves out to the terrace: the bay, boats along the waterfront and the evening lights on the other side of Bakar. When the bora blows, a cosy interior with a stone wall is waiting inside.
